Registration Deadlines

Blue Team Registration Deadline: Wednesday, January 4, 2012
Players that do not register by the deadline are subject to losing their position on the roster.  State League Team Registration deadline is January 4.
There will be a replacement player try out on January 5.
 
Red Team Regiatration Deadline: Friday, January 27, 2012
An effort is made to keep fall teams together for the spring. Players that miss the deadline are not assured of being on the same team.  Players will be allowed to register after the deadline only as long as there are spaces available on established teams.

Patriot League Registration Deadline: Friday, February 3, 2012
This deadline is firm.  Registrations will not be accepted after that date.


HOMEWOOD SOCCER CLUB FEE STRUCTURE
                    Effective for Spring 2012
Blue Team Fees (Select Teams)
Registration Fee $110.00
Blue Team Fee 275.00
Uniform Fee 100.00 (only required for new Blue Team players)
Non-Homewood Resident Fee 50.00

Red Team Fees (Recreational, Ages 8 and older)
Registration Fee $110.00 
Uniform Fee $45.00  (only required for new Red Team players)

Non-Homewood Resident Fee 25.00

Red Team Uniforms: Starting with the fall, 2011 season, Red Team players  purchase their uniform through Homewood Soccer Club. The Nike uniform kit will include both a White and a Red Jersey a Royal short, and two pairs of Royal socks. All players are required to pay the $45.00 fee and receive the kit the first time they register.  In the future players will be allowed to order and buy only uniform parts they require.  Uniforms can be used from season to season and recycled to others as long as they remain presentable.

Patriot League (Ages 3 through 7)
Registration Fee $90.00 

Non-Homewood Resident Fee 25.00 

A Family Discount of $10.00 for each sibiling, after the first one, in a family will be applied automatically.

The Homewood Soccer Board has established a policy that players will not be allowed to play in a season game until the required fees are paid, a payment plan is completed and submitted or a Financial Aid form is completed and submitted. This policy will be strickly enforced this and all future seasons.

The Homewood Soccer Club has a formal, but family friendly, Policy to assist players needing financial aid. The Club will also allow extended payment programs. If  you intend to apply for any of these programs indicate on the online registration system that your payment will be made by check.
After completing the registration process, complete a Financial Aid Request/Payment Plan Form and submit it by email to:

Your registration will not be effective until  payment is made, or 
a Payment Plan - with or without a Financial Aid Request - is submitted. 
 Plans submitted on the proper forms should be considered approved.




Registration Process Overview and Hints 

1.   A Registration Progression Bar at the top of each page  will show progress towards completion. The process is not completed until you reach the  "Print Forms" page and the Progress Bar is all Blue.


2.  Payment method is selected on the "Payment" page, which lists all the fees you owe based on your registration selections.  If you ARE a Homewood Resident be sure to Un-check the Non-Homewood resident  box on the Payment page

Recent Changes in the Registration Process 
1. Red Team Uniforms are now purchased through Homewood Soccer Club begining in the fall 2011 season. 
All new Red Team players will be required to purchase a new Nike Uniform kit for their initial season (Spring 2011).  The $45.00 fee is included in the registration fee.  Additional information is shown on the welcome page of the OnLine Registration System.

2. Players will no longer be asked to list a prefered jersey number.  Numbers will be assigned by the team.

 
3. You will be asked at the bottom of the player registration page to decide to grant or withhold your permission to allow your player's picture to be used on the Homewood Soccer web site.  Pictures will be used to recognize team or player success, or for general action shots.  Pictures will not be used for any commerical purpose without an additional request for approval.
